How can I make money through art?
I like to paint a lot, and draw sometimes, but I love to try out weird little projects like stencil prints and carvings on linolium boards etc…
Is there any way I could make money with my artwork? I’m only 16 years old, but Im creative, and everyone says they love my art, and my parents have told me to actually consider a career in art (although if I did, it would only be on the side… I would like to have a “real” job as well). But is there anything I can do now to make some extra money? I’m saving up for millions of dream things… like a car and college.
Does anyone know anything I could do to get started?

Approach local cafe owners and offer to decorate for them with the intent to sell. Give them a percentage.
Have a shoing at a gallery or a public space
Sell on the internet
contact your hs of local college and ask if they have a student art show/sale
