Why play in my head that does not make sense and what about me?

Sometimes when I'm in the car, look at the horizon (not driving of course) and draw an imaginary line in the sky, trying not to be affected by a tree or power line. Also, I often make a "Magic 8 Ball" esque game, if I'm shooting hoops tell me: "If I make this picture … tomorrow will be a good day." Usually, it's something we do not control. Really I'm not worried about this, but just wondering your opinion and if anyone can relate to.

That is very normal, people are very rational and pressure society and everyday life is high, so that our brain looks for activity that is different and has a "time out" or "wind down." This is your "5 minutes "vacation during the day. That's the same when people start to scribble on a sheet of paper during boring conference calls or meetings. Go in an office and see what people do when they are not full at work. The problem is that when you can not stop and return to reality or when you start putting any real meaning in it. (Not everything is a disease or disorder that one! I living in the U.S. for 10 years and half of the disorders "no medicine here have never heard before …. OCD? PMDD? ADHD? Mono? …..)
